Q - Is my phone compatible?
A - Refer to COMPATIBILITY tab on product page - short answer yes, we can make almost any phone wireless charging compatible.
Q - Can I use my own phone case?
A - Yes of course, as long as its approx. under 8mm thickness then wireless charging wont be effected.
Q - My ChargeUp 3 in 1 wireless charger isn’t working properly.
A - Ensure you have an 18W Quick charger adapter to get sufficient supply of power to the ChargeUp, a standard iphone charger only delivers 5W
Q - My phone wont stay on the MagnoMount?
A - Ensure you have applied the magnetic ring to your phone, or purchase one of our great magnetic phone cases.
Q - Will the magnets damage my phone?
A - Our product is designed with safety in front of mind. They have perfect strength to not interfere with wireless charging and still give a strong, secure hold. The magnets will not have any negative or damaging effects on your smartphone. Only industrial strength magnets can damage smartphones that we use today.
Q - What is the adapter required?
A - We have an 18W Adapter that is needed to operate the ChargeUp – 3 in 1 Wireless Charger to its maximum potential, also for our MagnoMount the Quick Charge cigarette adapter is required if you do not have one.
Q - I don’t wan’t to put the MagnoMount on my air vent, is there another option?
A - Not a problem, we include an adhesive dash piece attachment inside the box. You can attach this to any flat surface in your car, such as your dash.
Q - My phone isn’t compatible for wireless charging?
A - No worries, just grab our wireless receiver, select the correct plug type, and you can turn any phone into a wireless charging device.

Q - Is the ChargeUp – 3 in 1 Wireless Charger compatible with Samsung phones or watches?
A - The ChargeUp is compatible and can charge any Qi enabled device so make sure to check this first. The ChargeUp can charge all the latest Samsung Galaxy smartphones including all the S9,10,20 and Note variants.
Currently only Apple watches are compatible – but watch out for further developments coming soon.
